PUPPY CONTRACT
Please read the Sales Contract completely before putting a deposit on a puppy. By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract.
The purchase price of a F1b Berndoodle puppy is $1,500 - $2,000 depending on Markings. A non-refundable deposit of $300 will be required to hold a puppy. The remainder of the purchase price is due at pick up or, if the pup is transported through a service, upon arrival of service. Puppies will all have received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments. The puppy's new family will need to visit the local veterinarian as soon as possible in order to continue the initial puppy vaccine series. With your puppy you will receive: a medical history detailing vaccinations, deworming types and dates, 8-pound bag of current dog food, and puppy pack which includes toys, blanket (with mother's scent on it to help cope in their new home), etc. Puppies may be picked up or transported after they are 8 weeks of age. We have a well trusted transportation service we can recommend. They typically charge $.65 a mile. Arrangements for seller to keep reserved puppy after 8 weeks of age will be determined and discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Our Waitlist
Options to choose from:

Secured spot
This option allows you to reserve a place on the waiting list for one of our upcoming litters. To secure your spot, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit. This deposit reserves your position on the waiting list for the litter of your choice. Once the litter is born, we will contact families in the order deposits are received. At that time, you will have 48 hours to decide whether you would like to reserve one of the available puppies. If we do not receive your decision within that timeframe, we reserve the right to move on to the next family on the waiting list. Puppy selections are made in the order deposits are received:
#1 receives first pick of the litter
#2 receives second pick
#3 receives third pick
And so on until all reserved spots have been filled. Most litters will have up to four reservation spots, although we may occasionally add more if we feel it is appropriate.
The $300 deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy, with the remaining balance due at pickup. If a litter is smaller than expected or you decide that none of the available puppies are the right fit for your family, your deposit may be transferred to one of our future litters.

No obligation
Our "no obligation" waitlist offers a way to stay in the loop without having strings attached. We will contact our "no obligation" waitlist after everyone on the "secure your spot" waitlist has chosen their puppy. This waitlist is first come first serve. If for any reason you decide not to reserve a puppy, it's all good "no obligations". If you decide now is not a good time but still want on our "no obligation" waitlist just let us know and we will move your info to the next planned litter. If you do decide to reserve a puppy we will be require a $300 non refundable deposit to hold the puppy (this deposit will come off of the remaining balance at pick up). Please note that this option will not give you a guaranteed spot for one of our puppies. We will contact our secured Spot waitlist first.
